Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 28/9/2026
1. About Us
Warehouse Superstore is a trading name of Marva Digital Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16220297.
In these Terms & Conditions, references to “Warehouse Superstore”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Marva Digital Limited trading as Warehouse Superstore.
Our contact details are:
Email: hello@warehousesuperstore.co.uk
Website: warehousesuperstore.co.uk
Phone: 0333 054 0995
Registered Office: 39 Brookwater Close, Bury, BL8 3LD
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through our website and, where applicable, orders agreed directly with us by email, telephone or quotation.
Please read these terms before placing an order.
2. Business and Consumer Customers
Warehouse Superstore primarily supplies warehouse equipment and workplace products to businesses, organisations and trade customers. However, consumers may also place orders through our website.
For the purposes of these terms:
A Business Customer is anyone purchasing wholly or mainly for purposes connected with their trade, business, craft or profession.
A Consumer is an individual purchasing wholly or mainly for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
Certain provisions of these terms apply differently depending on whether you are purchasing as a Business Customer or Consumer.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any statutory rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
3. Products
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Many of our products are supplied directly by manufacturers and distributors, and product information may originate from those suppliers.
Product images are intended as a reasonable representation of the products supplied. Colours, finishes and minor details may vary because of manufacturing changes, screen settings or product improvements.
Dimensions, capacities and other specifications should be treated as subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances unless expressly stated otherwise.
We may update product information, specifications or availability from time to time.
If a particular specification is essential to your requirements, please contact us before ordering.
4. Product Suitability
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a product is suitable for its intended application, location and operating environment.
Where you contact us for assistance, we will make reasonable efforts to help you identify an appropriate product based on the information you provide.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your requirements.
Nothing in this section affects a Consumer's statutory rights, including rights relating to goods being of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose made known to us, and as described. These rights cannot be excluded by contract. GOV.UK
5. Placing an Order
When you submit an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
A contract between you and Warehouse Superstore is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order or begin processing the goods for fulfilment, whichever occurs first.
We reserve the right to decline an order before acceptance. Reasons may include:
- a product being unavailable;
- an incorrect price or product description;
- supplier availability changing;
- delivery being unavailable to the requested location;
- suspected fraudulent activity; or
- an issue with payment.
If we cannot accept an order for which payment has already been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.
6. Product Availability
Product availability can change without notice.
Because some products are fulfilled directly by our manufacturing and distribution partners, stock information may occasionally change between an order being submitted and being processed.
If a product becomes unavailable, we may contact you to offer:
- an alternative product;
- a revised delivery date; or
- cancellation and a refund for the unavailable item.
You are not required to accept a substitute product.
7. Prices and VAT
Prices displayed on our website will indicate whether they are shown excluding VAT, including VAT, or both.
VAT will be charged at the applicable rate where required by law.
The total amount payable will be shown during checkout before you submit your order.
We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not normally affect orders that we have already accepted.
Quotations provided directly by Warehouse Superstore are valid for the period stated on the quotation.
8. Pricing Errors
We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur.
If an obvious pricing error is identified before an order has been accepted, we may cancel the order or contact you to offer the option of purchasing at the correct price.
We will not knowingly take advantage of pricing errors.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we subsequently cancel because of a genuine pricing error, the amount paid will be refunded.
9. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered by us.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be received before goods are dispatched.
For larger orders, trade quotations or project orders, alternative payment arrangements may be agreed separately.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
10. Delivery
Delivery information, estimated lead times and delivery arrangements are described in our Delivery Information / Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Many products are delivered directly from our manufacturers or distribution partners.
Products from different suppliers may therefore arrive separately.
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a guaranteed delivery date in writing.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of significant delays that become known to us.
11. Delivery Access and Unloading
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and informing us of any access restrictions that could affect delivery.
Some warehouse equipment is large, heavy or delivered on pallets.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, delivery does not include:
- installation;
- assembly;
- movement of products to a particular location within your premises; or
- specialist unloading equipment.
Where specific unloading arrangements are required, these may be stated on the product page, quotation or communicated separately.
If you are unsure whether suitable access or unloading facilities are available, please contact us before placing your order.
Additional costs caused by failed deliveries, incorrect address information or unsuitable access may be charged to Business Customers where reasonably incurred.
12. Risk and Ownership
For Consumers, risk in the goods passes to you when the goods come into your physical possession or the possession of a person you have nominated to receive them.
Nothing in these terms alters any statutory rights relating to the passing of risk to Consumers. The Consumer Rights Act restricts traders from contracting out of the statutory rules concerning delivery and risk. Legislation.gov.uk
For Business Customers, risk normally passes when the goods are delivered to the agreed delivery location, unless different arrangements have been expressly agreed in writing.
Ownership of goods does not pass until we have received payment in full for those goods.
13. Checking Deliveries
Please check goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If products appear damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us promptly at:
hello@warehousesuperstore.co.uk
Please provide your order number, an explanation of the issue and photographs where appropriate.
For visible transit damage, photographs of both the product and packaging may help us resolve the matter more quickly.
A Business Customer's failure to notify us immediately does not automatically remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Returns and Refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Please contact us before returning any product.
Because products may be fulfilled by different manufacturers or distributors, products must not be sent back to an address without return authorisation from us.
The return address may differ from our registered office address.
15. Consumer Cancellation Rights
If you are purchasing as a Consumer, you will generally have the right to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.
Where an order consists of multiple goods delivered on different days, the cancellation period will generally run from receipt of the final item.
These rights are subject to statutory exceptions. Legislation.gov.uk
Full details are provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
16. Made-to-Order, Customised and Special Products
Certain products may be manufactured, configured or customised specifically for an order.
This may include products manufactured according to customer-selected dimensions, specifications, colours, configurations or other individual requirements.
Where legally permitted, orders for products made to a customer's specification or clearly personalised may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation.
This does not affect rights relating to goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
A product is not necessarily excluded from cancellation rights simply because it has a longer lead time or is ordered from a supplier after you place your order.
17. Cancellation by Business Customers
Business Customers do not automatically have the same statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights as Consumers.
Once a Business Customer order has been accepted, cancellation is subject to our agreement.
If we agree to cancel a Business Customer order after processing has begun, reasonable costs already incurred by us or our supplier may be deducted or charged.
This may include manufacturing, administration, carriage, collection or restocking costs where applicable.
Any such charges will be considered on the circumstances of the particular order.
18. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If goods are damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or materially different from their description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may arrange:
- repair;
- replacement;
- collection;
- a price reduction; or
- a refund.
Consumers have statutory rights requiring goods to be satisfactory quality, fit for purpose where applicable and as described. Legislation.gov.uk
Nothing in these terms or our Returns & Refunds Policy limits those rights.
19. Manufacturer Warranties
Some products may benefit from a manufacturer's warranty.
The duration and scope of any manufacturer's warranty varies between products and manufacturers.
A manufacturer's warranty is additional to, and does not replace, any statutory rights you may have against Warehouse Superstore.
Where appropriate, we may liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf when dealing with a warranty issue.
20. Business Customer Responsibilities
Where you are purchasing as a Business Customer, you are responsible for ensuring that:
- products are appropriate for your intended commercial use;
- relevant dimensions, capacities and specifications have been checked;
- your premises are suitable for delivery and installation;
- products are installed and used in accordance with manufacturer instructions;
- employees and other users receive appropriate instruction or training; and
- applicable workplace, health and safety and regulatory requirements are followed.
Where professional installation or inspection is required, it is your responsibility to arrange this unless installation has expressly been included in our contract.
21. Our Liability to Consumers
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing excludes or restricts liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- breach of statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
If you are a Consumer, our liability to you is governed by applicable consumer law.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.
If you use products primarily for commercial or business purposes, the Business Customer provisions below may apply instead.
22. Our Liability to Business Customers
This section applies only to Business Customers.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Subject to the above, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses or for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings or goodwill arising from a business purchase, to the extent permitted by law.
Where liability can lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability arising from a particular order will ordinarily be limited to the amount paid or payable for the goods giving rise to the claim, except where applying such a limitation would not be lawful or reasonable.
Limitations of liability in standard business terms can be subject to the statutory reasonableness requirement under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. Legislation.gov.uk
23. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include, for example:
- severe weather;
- transport disruption;
- strikes or industrial action;
- shortages of materials;
- manufacturing disruption;
- carrier failures;
- fire or flooding;
- government action;
- interruption to utilities or communications; or
- other events that we could not reasonably prevent.
Where such an event materially affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and minimise the impact.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
24. Website Use
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not deliberately:
- introduce malware, viruses or malicious software;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- misuse customer accounts or payment systems; or
- use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect our systems, customers or business.
25. Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, the design, branding, text and original content of the Warehouse Superstore website are owned by or licensed to us.
Product photographs, specifications, trademarks and other materials supplied by manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.
You may view and use our website for normal personal or business purchasing purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit our website content without permission except where permitted by law.
26. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to or functionality provided by third parties, including payment providers, review platforms and other service providers.
We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not operate.
Use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policies.
27. Personal Information
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our website is hosted using Shopify, and certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers used to operate our store.
Please review our Privacy Policy for further information.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The terms applying to an order will normally be those in force when the order is placed, unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed between us and you.
The latest version will be available on our website.
29. Severability
If any part of these terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
30. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.
31. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and contracts between you and Warehouse Superstore are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a Business Customer, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with our contract, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
If you are a Consumer, this clause does not deprive you of any mandatory rights regarding the courts or law applicable to you.
